Paul Kevin Curtis of Corinth was arrested today in connection with letters covered in ricin that were sent to President Barack Obama and U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker.

Paul Kevin Curtis of Tupelo, MS was arrested for the mailing of not only one Ricin-tainted letter to Senator Roger Wicker of MS, but also sent another to Obama.  As much as I can’t stand Obama and everything he stands for, I would never, ever do anything to hurt him or anyone, for that matter.  Voicing an opinion is one thing, but this guy broke the law, and I hope they throw the book at him.

This guy is way out in left field, and he’s a Democrat.  Big surprise there.  They seem to be the most angry and vile people.  He’s also a clueless idiot—he has sent letters before and even signed them with his initials, “This is KC and I approve this message”.  All they had to do was check his handwriting.  As far as him professing to being a Christian, he’s no Christian.  A true Christian would never do even half the things he has done.  I will say thank God he’s been apprehended.  One less dirtbag out on the streets.

Here’s a couple of links to the story…

Ricin Letter: Senate Office Correspondence To Roger Wicker Intercepted

Here we go again with an attack from another crazed loon from LoonyTown

A letter that had been tested three times, tested positive for Ricin, a highly toxic substance.  The recipient of the Ricin-tainted letter is Republican Senator Roger Wicker of Mississippi.  The letter never reached Senator Wicker so the employees at the Senate mail facility who caught it certainly did their job.

Since this was mailed to a Republican Senator, some people may assume it was carried out by a crazed Liberal.  While that may be true, it could be an al Qaeda terrorist, al Qaeda sympathizer or an equally crazed Republican who doesn’t agree with Wicker’s Senate votes.  Time will tell.  Thank God nobody was hurt in this incident.

I find it ironic that Congress is getting ready to vote on stricter gun laws to “keep America safe”, yet here we have one atrocity one day that killed three people and seriously injured over 170 others, and a serious incident the next day that could have ended in tragedy, and neither incident involved guns.  Don’t they realize that if crazed maniacs want to kill or injure people, they will do it with or without guns!

Joe Biden said Obama will be tested, and judging from the major chaos going on in the United States since he stole the Office, he has flunked time and time again…

An envelope sent to the U.S. Senate office of Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) included a substance that has tested positive for Ricin, two sources say.

It was not immediately clear when the envelope was received. But it arrived in a Senate mail facility, which has now been closed for more testing. All congressional mail will now be processed through the U.S. House facility.

The Senate went into recess shortly after 6 p.m. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and FBI Director Robert Mueller were briefing senators on Tuesday afternoon. A DHS official said that the briefing was intended to address cyber-security, but that the letter involving Ricin came up.

The FBI had no comment on the matter and the Secret Service said they’re not involved in the investigation, if there is one.

Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) said members were briefed that the substance had been found in a letter and a suspect has been identified.

McCaskill said the letter came from an individual who frequently writes to lawmakers. She wouldn’t identify the person but confirmed officials had identified someone.

McCaskill said state offices have been told what to look for if there are more letters containing the toxic substance.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) confirmed the letter was sent to Wicker’s office and said at this point, the incident appeared to be a solitary one.

Wicker, a former House member, referred all comments to the U.S. Capitol Police.

Ricin is a toxic substance made from castor beans. Ricin poisoning could cause symptoms such as respiratory distress, fever, cough, nausea, and tightness in the chest, as well as heavy sweating and chest tightness, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
